Life As We Know It
The sunshine was blinding and the sound of waves crashing on the beach was loud and clear. Seagulls singing away in a distance but gradually getting louder as they flew closer and closer to the shore. The smell of the ocean was strong, musky and salty but in a very pleasant way. A calm breeze swooshed in like musical notes the nearby trees were dancing to its beats. A cat, sitting under the bench, quietly looked around as if there was danger lurking somewhere and its gonna get him. He squinted his eye as he turned because the ray of light blinded him for a millisecond. He got up, licked his tail to clean the debris off and he walked towards the beach because he saw movements on the sand and to him, that means dinner time is near.
